I have already started walking thanks to my daughter and son-in-law over Thanksgiving break. We walked all over San Francisco. I plan on walking at least one mile each day and 2 on the weekends. I also plan on shopping at Natural Farms, the little organic store on 3rd and Lewis and blocking all the cancer riddled grocery store foods from my diet so that my cancer has less a chance of returning. The food there is locally grown, it tastes fresher, and it is easier to diet when the food actually tastes like food and not some rubber red thing they call a tomato. If anyone wants to share a dish or two with me, let me know, as I plan on using Clean Eating and other resources for creating my healthier choices each week. Who else has new plans?
